Launching an AI product solo is brutal. The pre-launch phase is even worse. Email lists go cold, hunters ghost you, and every "growth hack" article tells you the same 5 things that don't actually work.
I'm currently building AI Hive and launched about a month ago, which an enterprise AI agent platform that helps teams take AI projects from pilot to production without needing a full AI team. We're prepping for a relaunch with new features (multi-agent orchestration, on-prem deployment, governance built-in). Trying to learn from other founders going through the same chaos.
