My first product is live on Product Hunt
Proofrr is live on Product Hunt. First product that's actually mine, not a client's brief or someone else's brand, and now that it's out there I'm sitting with excited and nervous in equal measure. Nervous is winning a little more than I expected.
The problem is simple. Feedback on creative work is scattered everywhere, WhatsApp, email, a Drive comment, a Figma thread, and nobody remembers which version actually got approved. Proofrr puts it in one place, and clients can leave feedback without even logging in.
90+ people beta tested this before today, so I trust the product. What I wasn't ready for is how different it feels once it's not in front of 90 people I reached out to individually anymore. It's in front of whoever happens to scroll past right now. That's a different kind of exposed.
There's also no revenue yet, so there's no "well at least it's already working" safety net under this. Just a bet that the problem is real enough for strangers to care, and I'm finding out in real time.
The part I keep coming back to is that I've lived this exact mess for years running client work, losing track of which screenshot had which comment, chasing approvals across four different apps. Building the thing I actually wanted to exist feels different from building to someone else's spec.
No idea how today plays out. It might get buried, it might not. But it's live now, and I'd rather find out than keep polishing it in private. If you've ever chased down feedback across a dozen apps, I'd genuinely appreciate your eyes (and an upvote) on it: https://www.producthunt.com/products/proofrr
