MailTwig MVP Launching Soon: Chrome Extension or Web App for Gmail – Feedback welcome

I’m preparing to launch — MailTwig.

It’s available in two forms:
→ A lightweight Chrome extension for Gmail (export emails, AI data parsing, mail merge)
→ Or a standalone web app

What would you recommend I focus on before and during the launch?
