looking for feedback on upcoming features

We built Aven because choosing a career is still surprisingly confusing.

You can find thousands of career tests online. Most ask you a bunch of questions, give you a personality type, and leave you with a list of jobs.

We wanted to build something more useful.

Aven currently has:

• Career Finder — personality assessment + 20 career matches
• Stream Finder — helps Class 10 students explore Science, Commerce, Arts & Humanities and vocational options
• Career Roadmap — turns a career goal into skills and milestones
• Resume Review — ATS score, keywords, grammar, roles and interview preparation

And we’re working on some bigger ideas.

Career Sim will put people into realistic workplace situations and look at how they respond.

Family Harmony is aimed at something we noticed while building Aven: in India, career decisions often involve the whole family. We’re exploring ways to make that conversation easier instead of making the student explain everything themselves.

We’re also exploring progress tracking, alumni/mentor connections and better resume/LinkedIn optimisation.

We’re still early.

That’s exactly why I’d like feedback from people here rather than pretending we’ve figured everything out.
