Looking for 3 operators to test one small automation pilot</p>
hey everyone
i’m building something early and trying not to make too many assumptions
the idea is around business automations, but i don’t want to build it only from the developer side
i’m looking for 3 founders, operators, agency owners, or ecommerce people who have one small repetitive task that keeps coming back every week
not a huge complex project
more like:
client reports
lead follow-up
crm updates
customer message summaries
copying data between tools
weekly performance summaries
order/customer reports
basic data cleanup
the pilot would be simple:
we choose one small task
we automate a basic version for free
you test it for a short period
you tell me honestly if it helped or not
no sales call needed and no payment upfront
i mainly want to learn:
was the setup clear?
did it actually save time?
what felt confusing?
what would make this trustworthy enough to pay for later?
i already have a few automation builders helping on the dev side, but now i need feedback from real business users
happy to chat if anyone has a repetitive task that might fit

Lead follow up is the one that gets us every time, not because the task is hard, but because it competes with everything else in a day and never wins until it becomes an emergency. I run a software company, a care home, and a cafe, and the same pattern shows up in all three. Small recurring tasks are not hard to do, they are hard to remember to do. I am probably not the right fit for the pilot itself since I ended up building FounderFlow to solve the noticing problem rather than automating the task, but I am curious how you plan to measure whether people actually keep using the automation after week one, versus it just working technically. That gap is usually where these things quietly die.
