Looking for 3 AI-native companies to work with as design partners

I'm looking for 3 AI-native companies to work with as design partners. At my previous company, our AI bill exceeded $40k/month. As our product grew, inference costs became a real business problem. We knew we needed a better inference pipeline to reduce costs and improve reliability, but building and maintaining that infrastructure internally would have taken months of engineering time. At the same time, our cloud credits were running out, exposing how fragile our cost model really was.

That experience led me to build an AI infrastructure platform focused on making inference significantly more cost-efficient without requiring teams to build everything themselves.

I'm looking to work closely with 3 AI-native companies that:

• Spend $10k+/month on AI inference

• Are running AI in production

• Want to reduce infrastructure costs without investing months into internal optimization

Early internal benchmarks show 40%+ infrastructure cost savings on selected workloads under controlled testing. We're currently validating these results with early production teams before publishing broader benchmark data.

I'm intentionally limiting this to three companies because I'd rather build alongside a few teams and solve real production problems than onboard lots of customers too early.
