LexScan — launching next week. Would love early feedback

by

Building in public and wanted to share what I’m shipping.

LexScan lets you paste any contract — or just describe your situation in plain English — and get a structured legal memo back: red flags, severity scores, what to negotiate, what to walk away from.

The use case is the gap between “I can’t afford a lawyer for this” and “I have no idea what I just signed.” A lease, a freelance agreement, a SaaS subscription with a 90-day cancellation trap buried on page 4.

5 free analyses, then $9 for 50. No subscription. Credits never expire.

Under the hood it runs on deed-edge — an open-source AI runtime I’m building alongside it. The pipeline is 4 stages with schema validation at each step, which is what makes the output structured instead of a wall of text.

Would genuinely appreciate:

→ Try it and tell me where the output is wrong or missing something

→ What contract type would you actually use this for?

→ Is $9 / 50 analyses the right entry point or does that feel off?

— first 5 are free, no signup.

Launching Tuesday. Will drop the link here when it’s live.

This looks really useful—especially the structured legal memos for those tricky contracts. If you’re up for it, I’m launching The Sponge on Product Hunt soon—would appreciate a follow (see "PRODUCT HUNT LAUNCH" in my profile).
