š Introducing MegaNode.work
Most uptime monitoring platforms rely on a limited number of centralized monitoring locations. When a monitoring server, ISP, or region has issues, false alerts can happen.
MegaNode takes a different approach.
MegaNode is a DePIN (Distributed Infrastructure Network) for infrastructure monitoring. Instead of relying on a few company-owned servers, uptime checks are performed by real VPS nodes distributed across multiple locations and networks.
What MegaNode offers:
⢠Distributed uptime monitoring
⢠API endpoint monitoring
⢠SSL certificate monitoring
⢠Verification from real-world locations
⢠Reduced false positives through distributed checks
⢠Community-operated monitoring nodes
⢠Rewards for node operators
Our goal is simple:
Real nodes. Real checks. Real alerts.
We're building a monitoring network where infrastructure health is verified from multiple independent locations before alerts are triggered.
I'd love feedback from developers, hosting providers, SaaS founders, and infrastructure teams.
Questions:
1. How do you currently monitor your services?
2. How often do you experience false alerts?
3. Would distributed verification make you trust alerts more?
4. What integrations would you need first (Telegram, Slack, Discord, Webhooks, WhatsApp)?
Check it out at MegaNode.work and let me know what you think.
