Hey everyone!

I'm Matthieu, a physicist who spent too much time in the lab and not enough time writing good workout software.

A few months ago I started building the app I actually wanted to use.

The core idea: one app that handles barbells, bodyweight, running, and HIIT with automatic progression. You don't decide when to add weight or drop pace, though you can override at any time. The app follows progression rules, pre-defined in library programs or fully configurable in your own. 7 algorithms, auto-deload included.

The part I had the most fun building: 5 voice-coached personas, each with hundreds of unique lines that react to your sets, your pace, your rest time, and your excuses. Coach Fury is the standout ("I'VE ELECTED TO OVERRIDE YOUR DECISION TO SKIP THE GYM. GET IN THE CAR.") but there's also a lisping bro, a sports scientist, a zen poet, and a cop who arrests weakness and speaks in third person.
