I stopped "Building in Public" and started "Validating in Private.

Hey Makers,

There’s a lot of pressure to "build in public" these days. But honestly? Getting 100 likes on a pretty UI mockup on Twitter doesn't mean you have a viable business.

As a UX designer and founding member of a small team, I realized the noise of the crowd and the polite "hallucinations" of standard AI chatbots were distracting us from the actual math of market demand. We didn't want cheerleaders; we wanted a reality check.

So we decided to embrace "Build in Focus." We wanted a way to quietly, brutally stress-test our ideas using cold data before we ever wrote a line of code or showed it to the world.

That’s why we built Bunzee. It’s not a shiny chat interface; it’s a private validation engine. It processes over 200,000 data points to quietly score the viability of our ideas and map out the real market gaps behind closed doors. (We even ran Bunzee through itself and got a very humbling 70/100).

If you’re also tired of the hype cycle and just want to quietly figure out if your idea is actually worth your weekend, you might like what we use.
