I stopped asking "Is this a good deal?" and started asking a different question

Hey PH,

One small mindset shift has made a big difference for me.

Instead of asking:

"Is this a good opportunity?"

I now ask:

"Is this worth spending another hour on?"

That sounds simple, but it completely changed how I review opportunities.

I started experimenting with different ways to speed up that first filtering step, and FixerFlip ended up becoming part of my workflow because it helps me organize the initial information before I invest more time.

It made me wonder if this applies outside real estate too.

Do you have a simple question or rule that has noticeably improved how you make decisions?
