I stopped adding pages and started measuring completed actions

by

I run a small set of free browser tools. The latest 28-day Search Console window reached 119 clicks and 19,368 impressions, but one product signal mattered more than the traffic total.

InvoicePad had 20 active users in seven days and zero PDF-start events. I changed one variable: the Print / Save PDF action is now visible at the top of the live preview, while the original editor button remains. Each placement reports its own source, so I can review behavior after 7?14 days instead of guessing.

The same operating rule now applies to the other focused tools:

- LIVP to JPG converter:

- Keynote file viewer:

No ninth site, no bulk pages, and no payment integration until real completion and repeat-use data justify it. I would be interested in how other makers decide when a tiny tool has enough behavioral evidence to monetize.
