I spent 5 months building a habit app after failing at habits my whole life.

by

I've never been good at building new habits.

I'd start something, feel motivated for a week,

then life would get in the way and I'd just... stop.

The worst part wasn't failing. It was not knowing

why I kept failing. And not knowing what to actually

do about it.

---

So earlier this year I decided to do something about it.

I'm a solo developer from Thailand 🇹🇭 with no startup

background, no team, no funding.

Just someone who got tired of the same cycle and thought —

maybe I can build something that actually helps.

5 months of learning, building, and a lot of late nights later,

VersionMe is almost ready.

---

The idea is simple.

Most habit apps track what you do.

VersionMe tells you what to do next.

An AI coach that builds a personalized mission plan based

on your level — and grows with you as you improve.

---

I don't know if it'll help everyone.

But I built it to solve a problem I personally lived with.

And I genuinely hope it helps someone out there

the same way it's helped me.

---

Launching on the App Store soon.

If this sounds like something you've been waiting for —

follow along here. Would mean a lot 🙏

Super inspiring solo dev story! Struggling with habits is so relatable...VersionMe's AI coach approach sounds spot on. I'll check it out.

If you're up for it, I'm launching The Sponge on PH soon...an AI-powered flashcard app that turns webpages into spaced repetition study material. Would appreciate a follow (see "PRODUCT HUNT LAUNCH" link in profile).

@rianbrob Thanks a lot, really appreciate this 🙏 Your app sounds super interesting too — turning webpages into spaced repetition study material is a smart idea. Just followed you back. Looking forward to your Product Hunt launch 🚀
