I rebuilt my landing page after weeks of feedback. What would you improve next?

Over the past few weeks, I've been building ReadRiff, an independent publication focused on helping people discover thoughtful, high-quality content instead of endless information overload.

When I first shared the project, the feedback was incredibly valuable.

Several people pointed out that while the idea was clear to me, it wasn't obvious enough for a first-time visitor. Others suggested explaining the mission better, making the waitlist more compelling, and being more transparent about what readers could expect after signing up.

So I went back to work.

Here's what changed

• A completely redesigned homepage with a cleaner editorial look.

• Clearer messaging focused on the problem ReadRiff is trying to solve.

• A redesigned Founding Reader waitlist with a better explanation of the benefits.

• New sections explaining:

  • What ReadRiff is.

  • Why it exists.

  • What we're building.

  • Where the platform is headed.

  • What happens after joining the waitlist.

• A public roadmap so visitors can see what's planned instead of guessing.

• Better navigation, typography, spacing, and mobile responsiveness.

The goal wasn't to make the site prettier; it was to make it easier for someone to immediately understand why ReadRiff exists.
