I'm building Clear Cortex, an AI image and video studio for marketing teams. Before pricing it, I collected every number people quoted for ad creative across 110 threads.

Agency shoot days run around $8,000. UGC creators charge $150–500 a video. A generated clip is $0.15. Nothing sits in between.

But $0.15 is the sticker. Count the regenerations, your own hours and the judgement nobody's applying, and it's more like $5–20 per usable clip. That's still a huge drop, just not the one people quote.
