I’m building PhaseBase to make repeatable client work easier to manage

by•

Hi everyone, I’m Dan, founder of PhaseBase. I also run a residential design business in British Columbia.

I started building PhaseBase because managing tasks and managing the process behind a client project kept feeling disconnected. A task list still left questions: what needs to happen first, who owns the next step, and has the work actually been reviewed?

PhaseBase lets you build reusable workflows with phases, tasks, dependencies, schedules, and approval gates, then use them for each new client project. It’s for freelancers and service businesses delivering repeatable work.

Where does your process usually break down: handoffs, client approvals, task ownership, or something else? How are you handling that today?

PhaseBase is in a free private beta, considering service businesses in Canada and the US. If it fits your work and you’d like to test it, you can apply here:

Access is limited, and applications are reviewed individually.
