I launched RFP Copilot today — an AI decision engine for RFPs, grants, bids, and RFQs

by

I launched RFP Copilot today.

It’s a decision engine for teams that review RFPs, RFQs, grants, bids, procurement opportunities, and similar revenue opportunities.

Most proposal tools help after the decision to pursue has already been made.

RFP Copilot focuses on the step before that:

Should we pursue this at all?

It helps evaluate fit, risks, missing information, requirements, and next steps before a team invests serious time into proposal work.

Built for consultants, nonprofits, proposal teams, GovCon professionals, and businesses that regularly evaluate opportunities.

We’re live on Product Hunt today, and I’d appreciate any feedback:

This looks like a smart way to help teams avoid wasting time on the wrong opportunities. Really thoughtful focus on that early decision stage. If you're up for it, I'm launching on PH soon... would appreciate a follow (See "PRODUCT HUNT LAUNCH" Link in my profile) for The Sponge, an AI-powered flashcard app that turns any webpage into study material.

@rianbrob I followed the project. Thank you.

Congrats on the launch!!

It's true, most tools skip straight to proposal writing but the go/no-go decision is where teams waste the most time. Would love to see this applied to agency new business pitches too.
