It's true, most tools skip straight to proposal writing but the go/no-go decision is where teams waste the most time. Would love to see this applied to agency new business pitches too.

The “before we invest time” step is often overlooked. In supplier and buyer communication, the first decision is not always “can we quote?” but “do we have enough information to make a responsible next step?”
I would separate the output into:
requirements already confirmed;
requirements that conflict;
information still missing;
questions to send back;
reasons to pause.
That makes the tool useful even when the correct decision is “not ready yet.” I also like the focus on human review before committing resources, because a confident AI summary can still be based on incomplete documents.
