I kept finding the same problem when analyzing real estate deals
I’ve spent a lot of time looking at real estate deals, and I kept noticing something that bothered me.
The numbers can look great on paper, but once you start thinking about the actual property, things get complicated quickly.
How much will the renovation really cost?
What could the finished property actually look like?
Does the potential return justify the work and risk?
And what happens if one of those assumptions is wrong?
That’s the problem that led me to start building FixerFlip.
The idea is pretty simple: bring more of the early-stage property analysis into one place instead of jumping between spreadsheets, calculators, renovation estimates, comps, and other tools.
But I'm still learning what investors actually want from a tool like this.
So I'd genuinely love to hear from the Product Hunt community:
If you could have one tool that helped you evaluate a property before making an offer, what would you want it to do?
Would you care more about renovation estimates, ROI calculations, visualizing renovations, comparable properties, making offers, or something completely different?
I'm especially interested in hearing from people who have actually bought or renovated investment properties. Your experience is probably more useful than another feature brainstorm.
