I built an AI WordPress site doctor solo — here's what it does
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Bilal — solo software engineer and first-time maker here. I want to share something I've been building quietly for the past few months: Site CliniQ.
What problem does it solve?
WordPress powers 43% of all websites. But when something breaks, most site owners have no idea what to do.
They see this:
"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted in /wp-content/plugins/..."
And they have no idea what it means or how to fix it. On top of that — they need 5 different plugins just to cover:
- Site health
- SEO audit
- Broken links
- Plugin compatibility
- Page speed
It's messy, slow, and expensive if you have to hire a developer every time something goes wrong.
What Site CliniQ does
One plugin. One click. Full site scan.
✅ AI Error Diagnosis — reads your PHP error log and explains every error in plain English with a
root cause and step-by-step fix
✅ Site Health Score — A to F grade for your whole site
✅ Plugin Health Checker — flags abandoned or incompatible plugins before they cause problems
✅ AI Update Risk Scorer — reads plugin changelogs and scores every pending update as Safe, Caution, or High Risk before you click update
✅ Plugin Bloat Detector — shows which plugin is killing your page speed
✅ SEO Audit — missing meta, H1 issues, thin content, noindex pages, duplicate titles
✅ Broken Link Report — crawls your site and flags every 404
✅ Image Audit — finds every oversized image and shows exactly which pages use it
Where it stands today
Free version went live on WordPress.org this month. Built solo. No funding. No team. Just code and coffee. Pro version (monthly SaaS) is in final testing and launching very soon.
Would love your thoughts
→ If you use WordPress, what's your biggest headache maintaining your site?
→ Would you trust an AI explanation over a developer for diagnosing small site issues?
→ What feature would make this a must-have for you?
Honest feedback welcome — good or critical. This is early stage and I'm still building.
