I built ZonePlan, a free browser-based worldwide meeting planner for distributed teams.

The problem is not just converting one clock. It is comparing several cities, protecting working hours, and avoiding daylight-saving changes that shift recurring meetings.

The workflow is simple: add exact cities, compare the full day, mark acceptable windows, and rotate difficult meeting slots so one region does not always take the early-morning or late-night call.
