I built a free portfolio builder after getting frustrated with paid ones
Hey everyone! I build small free tools for developers under my studio LogicStack, and the latest one is a portfolio builder.
The frustration behind it: every portfolio builder I tried either charged monthly or locked me into rigid templates. And I kept seeing good developers with weak portfolios just because the tools were expensive or ugly.
So I made one that's free, no account needed — pick a template, add your work, share your link.
Here's my real question for this community: when you open someone's portfolio, what makes you stay vs leave in 10 seconds? Projects, writing, design, something else? I want the templates to reflect what actually works, not my assumptions.
Curious to hear your take — and if you want to poke at the tool, it's at logicstack.org/portfolio-builder.
