I built a feed that pulls Gmail, Outlook, Slack and Teams into one list and ranks it

I ran a small company out of five inboxes. The message that cost me a customer was never the loud one, it was a quiet Slack DM three screens down while I was clearing newsletters.

So I built Nolario. It connects Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Calendar, gives every message an importance score (0 to 100, based on who sent it, whether it is addressed to you, whether it asks for something, how old it is, and a model pass for the uncertain middle), and ranks one feed so the important thing is at the top. Replies get drafted in your own voice from what you actually send, so answering becomes editing.

Things I decided early and would love a second opinion on:

• It ranks, it never answers for you. I do not trust any tool to send on my behalf, so I did not build that.

• Message content is scrubbed of personal data before it hits an AI provider. Cost me weeks, felt non-negotiable.

• Desktop only for now. Founders do this work at a desk.
