How much time does your team waste just to fix a meeting time?

Noticed something during my internship — recruiters were spending 2-3 hours DAILY just going back and forth on WhatsApp trying to fix interview times.

"Are you free Tuesday?" "No what about Wednesday?" "Morning or evening?" "Let me check with the manager..." "Sorry that slot is taken now"

Literally 10 messages just to book ONE interview slot.

So I built a WhatsApp bot that handles this automatically. Candidate gets a message → replies however they want → slot confirmed. No human needed.

But now I'm wondering — is this only an HR problem? Do lawyers, doctors, consultants face the same thing?

Few genuine questions before I build further:

• How do YOU currently handle scheduling?

• How painful is it actually?

• Would you pay to automate it completely?

Not pitching anything. Genuinely just want to know if I'm solving a real problem or wasting my time 😅
