How do you make public-benefit information easier for families to understand?

I’ve been working on a small project focused on making public-benefit information easier to understand for Brazilian families.

One thing I noticed is that information about benefit amounts, payment schedules, household income and eligibility can be spread across different sources, which can make it difficult for people to find what they actually need.

So I built a simple resource around this problem and would love to hear how other makers approach projects where the main goal is making complicated public information easier for everyday users.
