How are you connecting the dots between your business tools?

by•

Hello Everyone.

I've been building an enterprise AI product around a problem I've experienced firsthand: companies can have dozens of SaaS tools, dashboards, and databases, yet understanding what is actually happening across the business can still require a lot of manual work.

A sales issue might be connected to something in customer support. A revenue change might have an operational cause. An IT problem might eventually affect sales or customer experience.

The data exists — but it's usually separated by systems and departments.

I'm currently building QOREN, an AI orchestration layer designed to connect these systems and help people reason across them rather than looking at each system independently.

While building it, I've been thinking about an important question:

What would you actually want an AI system to understand across your company's tools?

For example:

  • Finding the root cause behind a business problem

  • Connecting information from different departments

  • Detecting relationships that individual dashboards don't show

  • Explaining why a metric changed

  • Recommending what action to take next

  • Something else entirely

I'm especially interested in hearing from founders, operators, IT leaders, and other builders:

If you could connect an AI to all the business systems you use today, what is the first question you'd ask it?

I'd love to hear real examples and experiences from the community.
