After spending the past year building digital products with AI, I realized I wasn't struggling to generate ideas.

I was struggling to keep everything connected.

Research lived in one place.

AI conversations disappeared into chat history.

Product decisions were buried inside documents.

Launch plans ended up somewhere else.

Every new project meant rebuilding the same workflow from scratch.

Eventually, I realized the problem wasn't AI.

It was fragmentation.

That realization became MORPHOICES.

I'm building an AI-powered operating system that helps creators preserve context, connect decisions, and move from an idea to a launch without losing the reasoning behind their work.

I'm building it completely in public because I believe the best products are shaped through conversations with other founders.

I'm here to learn as much as I can.
