grow your youtube channel

I hope you're all doing well.

A few months ago, I started building my first MVP. It's a platform that helps YouTubers grow their channels using AI, SEO, and proven content strategies.

The thing is... everything is completely free. There are no paid features or subscriptions. I built it because I wanted to create something genuinely useful.

This is my first time trying to build a business, and honestly, I'm starting to wonder what I'm doing wrong. Even when I ask users for feedback, I rarely get any response. Right now, I have around 20 YouTube creators using the platform, but it's becoming really difficult to get new users to even give it a try.

I'd really appreciate any honest advice:

• Is the idea not interesting?

• Is the website confusing?

• Am I targeting the wrong audience?

• Or is this just a normal part of building an MVP?
