EchoLearn: what makes a lecture summary useful enough to study from?
EchoLearn turns recordings into written summaries, meeting minutes, or subtitles. For this discussion, I'd like to focus on lecture summaries rather than promise that one tool solves every recording problem.
The lecture report includes an abstract, key points, and explanations of terms, with a PDF export. The product has Hebrew and English interfaces.
If you use recordings to study, what would make you trust a summary enough to use it? Is the biggest gap missing context, unclear terminology, or being unable to check a point against the recording?
You can see EchoLearn here: https://www.echolearn.co.il/en
Feedback on a specific missing or confusing part would be useful. Please use a recording you have permission to upload, and check important details against the original rather than treating an AI summary as the source.
