Climate Savers is live in Product Hunt!

Hey everybody! Happy New Year! @Climate Savers is now live on Product Hunt. We are building a social-fintech platform to help you save money and get rewarded for living sustainably, giving you climate agency by empowering you to vote with your money.

According to Mike Berners-Lee, Lead climate researcher and author of 'Carbon Footprint of Everything' (How Bad are Bananas), 5 tonnes Kg CO2 per year or 416 Kg CO2 per month for the time being is an acceptable short-term target for most people in developed countries. We need to get much lower than this over the decades to come, but decarbonisation of the global economy should help with that.

Climate Savers is gamifying this into a demand-side global leaderboard across 17 countries in North America and the EU. To help fill up the leaderboard, please share this post with anyone you know in these countries.
