I've been building Rahnuma.io — an AI-powered project management tool for dev teams, born out of a sprint I personally watched fall apart because nobody noticed the warning signs until it was too late.
Most PM tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) tell you the status of your tasks. They don't tell you whether you're actually at risk of missing the deadline until it's already happened.
What it does:
- 🧠 AI task generation from a plain-English feature description
- 📊 Deadline risk forecasting — a live risk score from time risk, blockers, and completion rate
- 🗂️ Kanban boards, sprints, burndown charts, story points
- 🤖 AI-generated sprint retros and an "Explain to My Boss" executive summary
- 🔗 GitHub/Bitbucket integration — commits next to the tasks they belong to
