The pain point I would add is not really a project pain point, it is a business pain point that project tools rarely touch, knowing which client or task actually needs your attention today versus which one just feels urgent because it is loud. I run a software company, a care home, and a cafe, and even with decent reporting inside each one, I still had to hold the priority order in my head every morning. That is the gap FounderFlow ended up filling for me, it sits above the day to day project work and tells me what matters right now instead of just showing status.
