Wow, love the direction you’re taking with WORK Network! The mix of weekly rewards, achievements, and community competitions sounds like a solid way to keep people engaged. If you could add a feature that lets users personalize the types of rewards they prefer—like choosing between points, gift cards, or exclusive content—I think that would make me use a rewards app regularly.
