Building FounderMind AI taught me that startup validation is mostly about asking better questions

Over the past few months I've been building FounderMind AI, an AI co-founder designed to help founders validate startup ideas before they spend weeks or months building them.
When I started, I thought the biggest challenge would be building the AI.
It wasn't.
The hardest part was figuring out which questions every founder should answer before writing a single line of code.
Some examples:
ā¢ Is this problem painful enough?
ā¢ Are people already paying for alternatives?
ā¢ What assumptions are completely untested?
ā¢ What would make someone switch?
Instead of giving instant answers, FounderMind AI challenges ideas from multiple perspectives including market demand, competitors, pricing, customer personas, risks, and growth strategy.
The goal isn't to tell founders "this is a great idea."
The goal is to help them find weaknesses while they're still cheap to fix.
We're still actively improving the product, and I'd genuinely love feedback from fellow makers.
