Building CartLane: An all-in-one WooCommerce conversion builder for growing stores

Over the past several months, I've been building CartLane, a WordPress plugin focused on helping WooCommerce stores increase revenue without adding more traffic.
Instead of installing multiple plugins for different conversion features, the goal is to bring everything into one modern, lightweight workflow.
Current features include:
• AJAX Side Cart
• Order Bumps
• Checkout Optimizations
• Sales Funnels
• One-Click Upsells
• Cart Recovery
• Revenue Analytics
One thing I learned during development is that merchants don't want more dashboards—they want one place to optimize the customer journey from Add to Cart → Checkout → Post Purchase.
I've spent a lot of time improving performance, reducing plugin conflicts, and making the admin UI feel fast and intuitive.
I'm now preparing for a Product Hunt launch and would love some honest feedback from the community.
A few questions:
If you run a WooCommerce store, what's your biggest conversion challenge?
Which feature would you expect to use first?
Would you rather install one conversion plugin or several specialized plugins?
I'd really appreciate any thoughts or suggestions before launch.
