Building a positioning service for AI founders. No clients yet.

The hypothesis: most AI startups plateau at $200K-$500K ARR because they communicate what the tech does instead of what urgent problem it solves.

Am I right? Or am I solving a problem that doesn't exist?

If you're a technical founder doing your own GTM right now:

→ Does your homepage lead with what your product does, or what problem disappears for the buyer?

→ When you lose a deal, is it usually to a competitor or to "we'll just use OpenAI/Claude directly"?

→ Have you ever hired positioning/brand help? What happened?

Not selling anything. Just trying to validate if the problem I see is the problem you're actually experiencing.

Before I launch this, I need to know if I'm solving a real problem or just one I think exists.
