Be honest: do you actually read what you sign?
I'm Zviad, founder of Signify, an e-signature and document management platform.
Our hardest user was never the procurement director who buys the platform. It's the person who gets a signing request on their phone and has maybe never signed anything digitally. If they can't finish in under a minute, unassisted, we consider the product failed. Doesn't matter how good the admin panel is.
That one constraint shaped everything we built. No software to install. No account required for the signer. Localised signing interfaces, because customers told us their counterparties were dropping out at the language barrier. Tablet signing at the front desk, because sales teams needed to close in the room, not after it.
And it's shaping our next launch here: AI Chat, a feature that lets the signer ask the document anything before signing. What am I signing? What happens if I cancel early? Explain this clause like I'm not a lawyer. Signing gets easier every year, understanding what you sign hasn't. That's the gap we went after.
Launching soon on PH. If you've ever signed something you didn't fully understand, this one is for you.

Good point about the signing gap. Most people just scroll to the bottom because legal text is unreadable. good luck with the launch!
Good luck with the launch!
Just checked your pricing page. Out of curiosity, will this AI Chat feature be available in the standard Business plan, or is it only for Business Pro?
The AI chat sounds useful, but I'm curious about the privacy side. Are the contracts we upload used for AI training? And for those of us dealing with EU clients, where exactly is the data hosted and processed?
