BARE : a minimalist chat concept for people fed up with data surveillance, data selling, and operational complexity of current players. We need a minimalist approach for current state of messaging apps

Current messaging applications are facing feature bloat, collect data and are becoming less usable with every passing day. Some applications respect privacy to an extend but then they face usability and feature bloat. So far there is no single service that can strike a good balance.

We want to know if privacy and usability a real problem today, or do current options work well enough, is there still space for a new service which can provide good balance of privacy and usability while keeping a minimalist approach?

A new minimalist chat service with no tracking, no server storage, and no feature bloat. how do you feel about it ?
