Anyone else tired of manually checking local rankings with proxies?
Honestly, this is something I’ve wanted for a long time. Manually checking local search rankings with VPNs, proxies, or browser location changes gets tedious really fast — especially when you’re tracking multiple cities for local SEO campaigns.
One thing I’m curious about is how accurate city-level SERP simulation actually is compared to physically searching from that location. In some markets, rankings seem to vary a lot even between nearby neighborhoods.
A few things I’d personally love to see in tools like this:
mobile vs desktop SERP simulation
ZIP/postcode-level targeting
map pack visibility tracking
side-by-side city comparisons
historical local ranking snapshots
For anyone doing local SEO at scale, having reliable geo-based testing without manually spoofing locations would save an enormous amount of time.
