AI extracts invoice and contract data, a human approves it
WorkflowOS is a SaaS I built solo. You send a PDF, image or text file to a dedicated inbox. The AI classifies the document, pulls out vendor, customer, document number, dates, currency, totals, taxes and line items, and attaches a confidence score to each extraction.
The deliberate part: it never completes anything on its own. Every extraction arrives as a draft and the workflow only finishes after a person approves it. The AI never executes a payment and never sends anything on anyone's behalf. Each approval produces a record and a history exportable as CSV or JSON. Interface and document understanding in six languages: EN, PT, ES, FR, DE, IT.
Honest numbers, because this forum deserves them: 48 documents processed in production, zero paying customers, US$0 MRR. Billing works end to end, nobody has bought yet. Measured AI cost per document is US$0.0415 and fixed infrastructure is US$45/month.
Free plan is 100 documents a month with no card: https://workflowoshq.com
Two things I would genuinely like feedback on:
For anyone doing AP or bookkeeping, is a per-document confidence score actually useful, or do you just want a flat accept/reject?
Everyone I show this to asks for accounting integrations first. Is that the real blocker, or is it scanned-PDF quality?
Stated plainly rather than buried: I am a solo founder and the product is also listed for acquisition at US$40,000 while I keep running it. If that is relevant to you: https://www.sideprojectors.com/project/96506/workflowos — otherwise ignore it, the free tier is the point.
