A local-first way to turn bank exports into an accountant-ready handoff
While testing small-business bookkeeping workflows, I found the worst failure mode was not missing automation—it was confident misclassification. A transfer between your own checking and savings accounts can become fake income plus a fake expense.
I built LibertyFile One around three conservative rules: deduplicate before creating books, match self-transfers only when both sides support the match, and keep ambiguous rows in review instead of silently categorizing them. CSV/OFX/QFX files and SSNs stay on the device. The output is an accountant-ready ZIP plus a 2025 filing handoff for all 50 states and DC.

I’m the maker. Which bank or marketplace export still creates the most manual cleanup for you?
