Uploading references doesn't charge you individual credits per file. It’s more like the latter option you mentioned: the reference pooling (up to 50 assets) is treated as part of a single generation request.

The core credit cost is mainly determined by the output video length and resolution (e.g., native 30s 4K). However, please note that if you include video references, their input duration will be factored into the overall processing cost alongside the output duration. Standard image, audio, or style references won't add extra duration costs.
