Schedule Message for Teams - Keep team context flowing without extra meetings

by
Run async standups, recurring reminders, and project check-ins inside Slack and Google Chat. Schedule Message keeps blockers, updates, and team rituals visible across time zones without adding more meetings or asking a manager to manually nudge the channel every day.

Hey Product Hunt, I built Schedule Message after noticing how much team coordination still depends on one person remembering to send the same message every day: standup prompts, blocker checks, sprint reminders, weekly wins, onboarding nudges, and timezone-sensitive updates. The original version was framed around scheduling messages. That was accurate, but too small. The real use case is company productivity: keeping the team's context rate high without asking everyone to join another meeting or wait for one manager to manually nudge the channel. Schedule Message lets you create recurring prompts in Slack and Google Chat, choose the cadence, and send them under your own name. That matters because people are more likely to reply when the message feels like it came from the teammate or manager who owns the ritual, not from a generic bot. The goal is simple: protect focus time, make blockers visible, and keep distributed teams aligned through the tools they already use. I would love feedback from engineering managers, founders, and ops leads: which recurring team rituals would you automate first?
