There was something that bothered me, and that's why I created ScanMyContact.com Looking around at networking events, I noticed stacks of paper business cards. In the best-case scenario, these cards are photographed with smartphones, but too often, they end up forgotten in some drawer or, worse, thrown directly into the trash. Each of those cards represents a missed connection opportunity and trees cut down, chemicals used, and waste to dispose of. All this for a simple exchange of information that could be digital. All this waste bothers me. To make my small contribution, I created ScanMyContact - no apps to download, no subscriptions, no paper waste to do business.
