Been building SaveMRR quietly for a month. Founders are losing revenue due to: Failed payments with no follow-up Customers canceling with no attempt to save them Users signing up and never returning Stripe retries but only recovers 15-20%. Other tools cost $250+/mo or take a percentage. SaveMRR: Free, no account needed, just paste a restricted Stripe key and see your leaks in 60 seconds. Fix it: Automatic dunning emails, cancel flow, churn radar, win-back emails, engagement triggers Starting at $19/mo flat, no rev-share or cut First $200 recovered is on us. If we don’t recover 2x your plan cost in 30 days, full refund. This is Day 1. No existing users. No case studies yet. I want honest feedback from people who build products. What would make this worth $19/month to you? What's missing?

@kailesk_khumar Hi. Shows money lost to failed Stripe payments, how accurate is it in real time?🤔

Kailesk Khumar

@julia_zakharova2 Great question. The numbers come directly from your Stripe API, so the data is 100% accurate. We pull failed invoices (uncollectible + open with attempted payment), cancelled subscriptions, and downgrades from the last 90 days. The dollar amounts, failure dates, and cancel reasons are all Stripe's own data, not estimates.

Nice idea, and congrats on the launch, 2 small questions: from where did u get the data like 1in5 cancellation saved on average and don't add false data on ur website like x spots left (if u dont have any customers, mentioned by u only in the first comment). I would suggest to add only real data on ur website this will bring trust among users. Its ok to start with 0 users everyone has to go that route. (In my case I have added 10 early bird slots for the first 10 users) this is just feedback so please take it positively.

Kailesk Khumar

@gamifykaran  Thanks, genuinely appreciate this. On the data: the "1 in 5" stat comes from industry research across multiple SaaS cancel flow studies, not from our own users. We have zero users today, this is Day 1. I should make it clearer on the site that these are industry benchmarks, not SaveMRR results. Fair callout and I'll fix that. On the spots: you're right. The 150 founding member slots are real pricing commitments (early bird price locks forever after they're gone), but I hear you on the trust angle. Starting at zero is nothing to hide.

Congrats on the launch!

Churn b/c of insufficient funds / other random reasons is definitely makes up a big portion of lost revenue for me. Love how its so simple to get started!

Kailesk Khumar

@tinyprojects Really appreciate that Ben! And yeah, insufficient funds is the sneakiest one because the customer usually has no idea their subscription got cancelled. Stripe retries a few times, sends one email from stripe, and quietly gives up. The fix is surprisingly simple: send a plain text email from your own domain within a few hours of the failure with a direct card update link. Recovery rates jump from ~18% to 55%+ just from that. Would love for you to try the free Revenue Scan and see your actual numbers. Takes 60 seconds, no signup needed.

Congrats on the Alpha Launch.
I like the full refund if you don't cover the cost. why not pushing the business model further and simplifying by taking a capped % from what you recover monthly ?

Kailesk Khumar

@bengeekly Thanks Bengeekly! We considered the percentage model but decided against it for a specific reason. At $10K MRR, even a small 2-3% rev-share on recovered revenue adds up fast as you grow. The founders we're building for are price sensitive and hate unpredictable costs. A flat $19/mo means you know exactly what you're paying whether you recover $200 or $2,000 in a month. The no rev share is actually one of our biggest differentiators against other tools.
