First of all, thanks @bramk for hunting Salesflare! We're psyched to be here. My co-founder Lieven and I love to automate our work by building intelligent systems. We deeply believe in software that works for its user, not the other way around. About two years ago we had enough of manually inputting data in different CRMs. It is a real pain to keep a CRM up-to-date, even in the more user-friendly sales pipeline tools, meant for startups like us. One sunny afternoon, we figured the data we were inputting was already available in other systems. We decided to build an intelligent and automated CRM for startups. To free startups of manual data input and have them spend the least time and energy possible on their CRMs. We called it Salesflare. Salesflare automatically fills out your address book and keeps track of all interactions with the people you're in contact with. It takes data from social media, company databases, phone, email, calendar, email and web tracking... to hand it to you in automated customer timelines. Everything you need to know about your customers right at your fingertips. Easy and effortlessly. In the past few months we've onboarded happy customers like Udacity, Behave.org, Hungry, Spent, ... and Salesflare is now ready to welcome you all! Here's our unicorn customer Udacity explaining why they use Salesflare: https://blog.salesflare.com/why-... We've got a special discount for you, Product Hunters, which gives you 50% off for 3 months when you subscribe after the trial: 50OFFPH What's more: we help with data imports FOR FREE, and also with setting up integrations with Slack, Trello, MailChimp, ... using Zapier. Hope we can welcome you on Salesflare, so we can help you boost your sales and productivity! Our team will be available here all day to answer any questions you may have. We’re really looking forward to your feedback!!

FYI: here's a great article about Salesflare on Siftery today! https://siftery.com/stories/inpu...

At Udacity's Udacity Blitz team, we looked pretty hard to find a CRM that would allow us to easily track all interactions our team has with clients and give us some more intelligence and enrichment, all without input. Salesflare has all of this out-of-the-box. In Salesflare, we can open an account and automatically see every email conversation, note, and attachment that our assigned team has with every account contact in one place by simply connecting our emails on signup. Usually, you have to dig around to each 1-on-1 conversation with only one contact, or you have to remember to bcc every email to the CRM, which does not help when there is handover. You want to see every interaction with a client if you are coming onto an account, all at a glance. It doesn't hurt that Salesflare is a great value for the feature set and that they are always on-call for service with great turnaround time. They are responsive with new features. We needed a flexible, powerful, but low-touch CRM, so Salesflare is a great choice, no matter our team size as we grow.

Hey @jeroen_corthout, great tool! It has a very nice user-experience. I have 2 questions: 1. I read on your website that it has website tracking. Does this mean that I see when people click on my emails and also visit my website? 2. Do you offer an api?
Jeroen Corthout β˜•
@timothyverhaeghe YES and YES! 1. From the moment you install the website tracking, you'll start tracking website visits. If people click on your links at some point, you'll see their full history of web visits. 2. Of course. And Zapier integration as well for the non-developers!
Timothy Verhaeghe
@jeroen_corthout epic! Thanks for the fast reply.
Timothy Verhaeghe
@jeroen_corthout one more question: So I just paste the tracking code next to the Google Analytics script?
Jeroen Corthout β˜•
@timothyverhaeghe You got it!

Looks very nice... a cross between JIRA/Trello, Slack and a CRM... but $ 30/user/month - ouch... I don't happen to share some other's POV that this is inexpensive... For small teams, this is quite pricey quite quickly... That said, I do like some of the automations capabilities, maybe when there are more integrations natively, the price will make more sense/be more easily justifiable.
Jeroen Corthout β˜•
@exlemor YES! Salesflare is indeed a bit like Slack + Trello for sales, with a built-in tracking system, analytics etc. You NAILED it!
Jeroen Corthout β˜•
@exlemor Pricing: Our competitors price their products with comparable feature set at $25 to $125 user, so we're quite in the lower price end of the market. Plus: we'll save you more time and help you bring more sales. Pinky swear πŸ˜‰
Emmanuel Lemor
@jeroen_corthout That's fair depending on who you consider your competition to be - so whom in the CRM world do you consider your equal/competition? I'm assuming Salesforce, is in the list, perhaps FreshSales, but i'd be interested in seeing who else you see in that same rough competitive landscape...
Jeroen Corthout β˜•
@exlemor We're in the space of sales CRMs for startups and SMEs. This includes quite a list: Close.io, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Freshsales, ... and yes, some people swear by Salesforce. None of these CRMs are however built for automation and intelligence.
Emmanuel Lemor
@jeroen_corthout personally can't STAND Salesforce, [corrected above post to say FreshSales not Desk of course]... I guess from that standpoint I guess I see your point - problem is there are quite a few nice 'less fancy' CRMs for less and they work too :/ But I'll look forward to seeing more automations and blog posts on how SalesFlare makes life better/easier for salespeople... because if there is ONE thing that's true across any CRM I have seen is that while Salespeople are asked/forced to use one, they don't like to sit there and type in lots of data so anything that can minimize that greatly would be a great choice...
Johannes Vlk
Great job! This looks like a really promising CRM tool. Do you also support multiple pipelines? I'd like to make separate processes for prospects, investors, press, ... Is that possible?
Jeroen Corthout β˜•
@venturetips_com Yes, that is possible! πŸ˜€ You can make as many pipelines as you want. Here's our blog post about it: https://blog.salesflare.com/more...
Bert Van Wassenhove
Great tool, love it. Looking forward to a Google Inbox integration.
Jeroen Corthout β˜•
@bert_van_wassenhove It's coming πŸ˜‰
Steven Hambleton
I guess the direct comparison is Pipedrive, I'm assessing a few CRMs so your listing is quite timely! Any plans for a Drift/Intercom integration? These are becoming very useful sales tools! Also, do you support email templates for sending details to customers? If you do then I won't have to rely on Gmail extensions to do this.
Jeroen Corthout β˜•
@stinhambo Intercom/Drift integration: you can do this already via Zapier, but looking into how we can make this a closer one. Always happy to chat with you about this.
Steven Hambleton
@jeroen_corthout No worries! Thanks Jeroen :)
Jeroen Corthout β˜•
@stinhambo Email templates: it's coming up on our roadmap. In the meantime you don't need any Gmail extensions. It's built in! Just go to the Gmail Settings > Labs > Canned responses and turn it on!!
Steven Hambleton
@jeroen_corthout I'm not really a fan of canned responses, I currently use MixMax but really just for email tracking and templates. What would be super sweet is the ability to send an HTML email (transactional via Mandrill?)
Jeroen Corthout β˜•
@stinhambo I use @MixMax sequences as well! It's awesome. And you can use @Salesflare tracking in it without issues.
Abhilash Jain
I had an opportunity to try this earlier, its super simple and a must have for your sales team. Saves so much time, great product.
Lieven Janssen
@findabhilash thanks Abhilash! CRM should be super simple right? Our product is there to support sales reps with their daily work as much as possible. Let us know if you have more ideas or feedback to improve our product.
Rutger Bevers
Our startup is growing so we could use a better CRM for sure ... Can I use custom fields on the API? I'm looking for a system to store all the customer data we gather, so the sales guys can use it while following up customers.
Jeroen Corthout β˜•
@rutgerbevers No problem. You can use all the custom fields from the API, on GET, PUT and POST. Just use custom.fieldname (spaces become underscores, all lowercase).
