As an ex IT Recruiter, I was tired of not understanding what I was recruiting for. I was tired of Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Software Testers sighing when they heard me say who I was or what I did as a "Specialist IT Recruiter". This platform teaches recruiters about the technologies involved in these types of jobs, so they can fill the role faster via only targeting the right candidates, increase their credibility with their clients, and ultimately bill more.
