Said Simply - You accepted the terms. Did your family just pay the price?

I didn’t build SaidSimply™ as a legal tool. I built it for busy parents; as a dad with three kids growing up on apps and web services I don’t fully trust - and frankly, don’t have time to dissect. Like most parents, I’ve clicked “agree” more times than I can count. Not because I’m careless, but because the system is designed that way. The terms are dense, they change constantly, and the real implications - what’s collected, who sees it, how it evolves - are buried where no normal person would look. Meanwhile, my kids are living more of their lives online every day. That tension didn’t sit right with me. I shouldn’t have to choose between letting my kids participate in the world and understanding the risks that come with it. So we built SaidSimply™ to do what I wish existed: monitor agreements as they change, translate them into plain English, and tell me - clearly - what actually matters for my family. This isn’t about paranoia. It’s about being an informed parent in a system that assumes you won’t be.
