I am Rosh, working as system analyst in a healthcare firm, I also do support the staff with their system related issues. just like any firms we required a tool for the staff to register complaints easily and just get them tracked and resolved on time. this tool can be used with telegram messenger to post complaints. Tracking and managing it on saas based ticketing system. many tools exist which are either costly and have complex unused features or require good technical persons to handle. may be telegram can be used as a better tool and simple features can make better productivity.
