SaathiMed - AI-powered health companion with longitudinal care tracking

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Amrendra, founder of SaathiMed. The idea for SaathiMed started after a very personal experience — a serious lung condition in my family was diagnosed much later than it should have been. During my internship at a Community Health Center in Bihar, I realized this wasn’t just our story. Many healthcare systems are fragmented: symptoms, reports, follow-ups, outcomes, and doctor decisions often stay disconnected. We started building SaathiMed to explore a simple question: What if healthcare could continuously learn from a patient’s journey instead of treating every visit like an isolated event? SaathiMed brings together: • health records • medicine tracking • vitals & symptom history • AI-powered health insights • family health management • doctor continuity & follow-ups Alongside this, we are also building DoctorSaathi — an AI-assisted clinical intelligence layer for primary care. The idea is not to replace doctors, but to help expand clinical reasoning, enable rapid specialist directional guidance for uncertain cases, and create outcome-linked feedback loops so healthcare systems can continuously learn over time. Our long-term vision is to build longitudinal health intelligence infrastructure that improves continuity, learning, and feedback loops in healthcare — especially in underserved regions where specialist access is fragmented and complex diseases are often recognized very late.
