I built the SaaS Retention & Risk Terminal to solve a classic problem: standard dashboards show backward-looking, lagging metrics instead of real-time operational risk. I wanted to design a frontend UI layer that mimics an enterprise monitoring terminal, backed by a dynamic DAX calculation engine. When localized data drops below safe parameters, the system dynamically alerts operators so they can address high-margin revenue leaks instantly.
